The standard initial term of a Content License Agreement with SyndiGate is two (2) years from the effective date of the agreement. Thereafter, the Agreement will automatically renew for additional two (2) year periods, upon the same terms and conditions set forth within the Agreement. And your shall be entitled to terminate the agreement on the expiry of the initial term or a renewal term on giving not less than three months’ written notice of termination.
